Jean Pichon de Bury, counsel, focuses on corporate litigation matters, both in amicable contexts and in judicial and arbitral proceedings. He represents a diverse client base – including private equity funds, companies, institutional investors and executives – particularly in shareholder disputes, post-acquisition litigation and governance disputes.
He also assists French and international clients in commercial litigation matters.
Jean holds a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Business Law and Tax from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University and a Master of Laws (LLM.) in International Commercial Law from University of Exeter (UK).
He is a member of the Paris Bar and works fluently in both French and English.
