Aurélie Fournier is recognized for her expertise in strategic labor and employment law matters, both individual and collective.

She advises companies and executives on the management of complex and sensitive disputes, particularly in relation to international mobility, executive departures, and psychosocial risks (moral or sexual harassment, discrimination, and breaches of health and safety at work). She is involved at every stage of litigation, from risk prevention to representation before courts, while systematically integrating reputational and human considerations into her approach.

Aurélie Fournier also has solid experience in litigation related to mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations and restructurings, as well as in contentious labor relations, including crisis management.

Aurélie Fournier became a partner at Dentons in 2014 and then joined Peltier, Juvigny Marpeau & Associés in 2019. She joined Le16 Law Firm in January 2026.
